  一、深基坑支护新技术
排桩墙支护:

锁扣钢管桩组合支护:
  在钢管桩的两侧加入了防水锁扣装置,与(拉森)钢板桩自由组合形成多种形式的连续支护结构挡墙,利用钢管桩的刚度大和(拉森)钢板桩的防水性好的特点,两者相结合,配以适当的内部支撑结构或外部拉锚结构,快速形成安全可靠的基坑支护体系。根据土质及地下水的情况,结合适当的降水措施,确保基坑支护结构的安全。余政储出[2016]5号地块商办楼新建项目,应用该技术施工,缩短了施工周期,节约施工成本。

  "装配式建筑"工艺技术,在设计初期阶段,装配式结构深化设计介入,与建筑设计、结构设计有效结合,使施工设计一次成型,避免重复改动,工厂化构件生产,整体吊装,节省物资投入,缩短施工周期。

五、BIM技术应用

BIM技术全过程应用。在二次结构深化设计、施工场地综合布置、管线综合布置、设备安装、复杂节点辅助等,都将采用BIM(建筑信息模型)进行方案优化,对构件和设备安装进行模拟、碰撞检查与三维施工图纸的绘制,使得项目施工过程更趋完善合理。
